1. There are many people involved in any given Real Estate transaction.

If even one of these individuals can’t, won’t or doesn’t act in a proactive, positive, professional manner it can taint or destroy the entire transaction, causing undo stress on all parties involved. 

2. Emotions run high in Real Estate transactions.
